Torque Specifications

I have looked everywhere for my Haynes manual and can't find it to save my life right now. I put together my front suspension and steering last night. I was able to find the torque specs for the suspension but nothing for the steering components on the internet. Does anyone know the specs for the following:

inner tie rod nuts
outer tie rod nuts
Idler arm nuts
pitman arm nuts
rotor/bearing nuts

Any help would be appreciated!! Here are a few pics of how it all went together. It is really nice to work with the cleaned/painted/powdercoated parts!!!
