Car Jacked! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Yesterday in Richmond Indiana, my mother was leaving the grocery store, when a black man approached her asking for money. He then grabbed her a threw her into her 99 GMC SUBURBAN. As they began to speed away, my mom fought with her assailant and was able to leap from the moving car. In the process of all this he was going to kill her cause she only had 28 dollars in her purse!! He did cut her from ear to ear across the back of her head as she leaped out. That A$$HOLE got everything of her identity,plus $300 in groceries and my brother's seizure meds. The police think he may have headed to DAYTON OHIO area. The description of the BURB is its a SILVER-PEWTER in color, 4x4,fully loaded with leather interior. And the plate is either 89G5146 or 89H5146. My mom is doing fair. She has to have surgery on her knee, cause it was broken we she jumped out. They(doctors) stapled her head closed and she is resting back home. If anybody sees or hears anything about this vehicle, please contact the local athaurities-THEN ME. Thank YOU.

Man I hate to hear about things like that. Glad to hear your mother is at home and as well as she is, It could have been worse. I'm only a state away and ya never know how thing end up. Hope everything works out ok for your family and things start looking up after such an experience. Good luck with everything and wraping up the loose ends in the matter. Respectfully RJ22

I am guessing the Po Po was called, as they'll put out the word to all states to look out for him. As far AZ, if I see him, I am sure we can find a nice quiet place to chit chat with him, if you know what I mean

If that ever happens to my mom, they better come to my place and kill me, cause I wouldn't rest till I squeezed the life out of em with my bare hands. I hope he chokes on the drugs and Fing dies in firery crash, but that still won't be enough. This is why I am kinda against the tighter gun laws, I carry everyday, let someone try to slide in with me and Mr Glock, I win!!

That sucks! Put me on the side that would rather take care of the problem myself! The court system will do little to punish anyone, just give them a vacation with 3 squares, and plenty of workout equipment to play with. And that is if the police bother to even try to catch him, unless he gets drunk and weaves across the yellow line that is. That seems to be the only crime they are interested in these days.
