fixer or upper or knock in the head?

I bought this 66 C10. Its a 250 powerglide truck with power steering. There's no extra trim or anything. The windshield is out some rust and dents. I know I need to get a few more pics. It was owned by an older gentleman. The motor isn't original but the truck has less than 100k on it. The motor is from a 70's van. What do you guys think? It would need a carb, radiator, windshield and work on pwr steering belts to get it going at the least. The grile is dented and the passenger side has rust in the rocker

The body and bed look pretty good overall, Think I would put some more lug nuts on it.

I'd say go for it, wouldn't be hard to fix em both up. Mine was in similar shape when I bought it so I know how that goes.

Re: fixer or upper or knock in the head?

Yeah I am torn. I think I got a line a low mileage 64 farm truck with 6cy 4sp. I hate to see good things waste. I may keep the motor like I intended and find it a good home on here.
