Whats it worth '72swb body??
I found someone interested in selling a 72 swb complete body no engine or frame or anything just the body with all the guts dash, controls, column.... it has been painted and he claims is in very excellent condition, no rust. the hood is a fiberglass cowl, but is one of the first so it is a little wavy. the dash has new guages in a custom aluminum cluster. no seat or carpet. he just said do some research, to see how much its worth so what do you all think? i know i need pics but i won't have those for awhile. i have a longbed and want to keep mine that way.

68k10, I edited the for sale part out of the post. If you get the truck, please subscribe to the board and post the items in the classifieds.
Thanks!!

Re: Whats it worth '72swb body??
Well maybe on the mods. Since you are looking to buy not sell there might be some leeway here.
Other that that check it over real good the "he claims" comment is something to take into account. Sounds all well and good but look first hand then take pic's then and come back to us. I won't venture a guess without some more info seeing is beliveing IMO and then in pic's ya miss what you would see in person. At least with it gutted you can see every thing whats under the paint use a magnet. Hope it helps RJ22 |
