Guess I could wait for a wrecked z06 and hope I could buy it that way with a few miles on it..

I'm thinking LS1 or LS2 would be more feasable

If you do it, consider custom top covers - something like "Blazer" or "Chevrolet" in a cool font would be alot better than it saying "Corvette", at least to me.
