Need Help ID'ing Chevy Military Truck Manual

Hi All,

Recently acquired an old Chevy Truck Shop Manual which features Military 1-1/2 ton 4x4 that I am not sure of the year issued. There are 252 pages divided into 22 sections. I have not found any print date in this manual. I suspect it is from WW2. Below are links to some of the pages. Anything to pin point the print date of this manual is appreciated.

Cheers!

The Trucks have the '1940-ish look to them...see if you can find a copyright date in the books...most of the old manuals I have from the 30's, 40's and 50's are copyrighted within a year of the vehicle models they cover.

The panel part of Model G7105 is the same as civilian 41-46 so it probably is WWII. How cool would it be to find one of those 4wd dually panels. Top speed is probalby 40 mph but will climb vertical walls!

Re: Need Help ID'ing Chevy Military Truck Manual

Hi All,

This manual has been basically identified as being printed in late 1945 or early 1946. Will have online soon on the Old Online Chevy Manuals site.

Cheers!
