Question Also wondering,67 GMC Camper Cruiser

I have a 67 Gmc camper cruiser and was wondering if anyone could offer some info as to weather this is only a 67 option, and is it rare or collectable? Ive only seen a few ever and wonder if it would be dumb to restore it in a nonoriganal way. It has tinted windows and factory air. A dana rear end and a v6 engine ,a 305 im pretty sure. Its not the origanal one altho the truck did come with a v6.I learned some stuff from another post on this page but would be thankful for all you can offer.

Re: Also wondering,67 GMC Camper Cruiser

They were`67-only.I generally don`t like doing anything to any of these trucks that couldn`t be undone and returned to stack, personnaly.A different color, maybe.I`d say it`s rare for RI.But,they`d qualify as rare,I`d say.Sought after and desireable?Only by those blessed with a higher awareness. As time goes by that will change.I`d say it would be the 67/72 3/4t to have out of all of them. All three parts of the name set off a spark in my mind.
*`67:more desireable,oldest/harder to find
*GMC:One in five GM trucks, unique grille compared to Chevy and all chromed steel
*CamperCruiserne year package only ordered for specific purpose. You can haul a camper in any truck
