How to bypass the heater core?

Can you bypass the heater core? '68 engine with stock intake. Do you run a hose from the water pump to the intake, or what? Any help (or pictures) are appreciated! Thanks.

or you can buy 5/8" plugs instead of doing the hose.

Wink Re: How to bypass the heater core?

Or you can connect the two ends that go into the heater core together with a .50 nipple from home depot.

Later,
Buddy
