Installing Power steering on 350
I have a 70 GMC 4x4 that I want to put Power Steering on. I have a Pump with Brackets and Steeering box. All the pulleys are single groove. Do I need just the Double Groove Balancer Pulley or will I need all new pulleys on th Alt., Water Pump etc.

i would recomend getting the double on the water pump also so that way if you run it all on one belt then you can put a second belt around just the crank and water pump for extra security so if the belt breaks you still have the water pump pushing the water

GreaseMonkey72 is right on. But to answer your question, no you don't have to get new pulleys.

My 69 4x4 has a single groove pully on the steering pump & water pump with a double groove on the crank and I have never had a problem but a double on the water pump would give me extra assurance as GreaseMonkey72 says.

my 70 has a single on the crank, and a double on the waterpump.
 still looking for a double crank pully, only thing i am missing for the power steering.
