Moving on up!!!

Going with different tires an inch taller and going with a all spring 6" lift. Probably will get the Mickey Thompson Baja Belted or the Interco TSL radial in a 36. The rear tires can get the fenders with the 35's so I need a little more clearence.

Big changes for me.

Re: Moving on up!!!

I'm still pricing the lift around here. Would like someone locally get it to save on shipping. The tires will take a week and a half shipping to get them on the regular truck. I hope to have it ready for the Il Jambo.

I will be selling the old tires.

Re: Moving on up!!!

Your truck is sweet the way it is i thought it had 6in lift on it. the wide tires must make it look bigger . Im doing the same thing going from a 6 to a 8 or 10. Post us some pics when your done. For tires I would run the TSl they look beter. I had 36 14.50 Mickey Thompson Baja Belted on my blazer and I didnt like the way the looked when I was mall crawling the road good on the street and sand but In mud I didnt think they did very well.

Re: Moving on up!!!

Ed I will be in Springfield IL he 23 and 24th of June I believe it is at the fairgrounds. Four Wheel Off Road Jamboree.

Not worried much about the mud issue anymore. It's driven on the highways so much the mean looking tires are tearing the truck up with the way they ride.
