Truck Racing Anyone???
Team Frankenstein may be adding a street & Strip 68' short & wide, to its list of motorsports........Does anybody drag race at a competative level with their truck?? If so, I'd like to pic your brain.............

Where are you planning on running? ABQ, Pueblo or Bandimere? I'm trying to get my behind in gear to get my 69 Nova (needs brake overhaul) back to the track this summer. PMI is 8 miles from my house.
Let me know if you are heading up this direction to head to PMI.

Yeah, PMI...I have a buddy with a red Ford Lightning that races up there. If everything goes well, I make a deal for the 68' within the month. For now I'll probably put Frankenstein's engine in it. I will definitely get with you as I get closer to that stage. We'll have to show that Lightning what it's all about!!
What do you think times would be with an LS-6 in the 68' with decent tires, a TH-400, and say 3.42 gears???? Not sure on the weight.... Laters, A.......
