Thumbs up New Motor For Latest Project

WELL I FINALLY GOT MY MOTOR TOGETHER FOR MY LATEST PROJECT. IT'S A 350 4 BOLT, WITH 87 SWIRL PORT 64 CC TRUCK HEADS,FLAT TOP SEALED POWER PISTONS, ELDEBROCK PERFORMER INTAKE & 600 CFM CARB, & DOUG THORLY TRI-Y HEADERS. I'VE GOT A 700R4 TRANNY & A F@RD 9'' WITH 3.00-1 GEARS. I'M HOPING TO GET AT LEAST 20 MPG WITH THIS SETUP. THINK IT WILL WORK???

(OH & IT'S GOING IN A 72 SHORT FLEET)

That'll never work in that truck. Save yourself the misery of failure, just crate it up and send it to me, and I will dispose of it for ya! After all, what are friends for?

i think you'll do better than that.i had a 67 gmc short wide box with a 350 stock bottom end comp 268 dur. cam eldenbrock performer man. and carb. th-350 and 3.07 gears and i would get that runnin on winding two lane roads.
