cargo light???
when the doors are closed and the cargo light switch is turned off the cargo light will come on..but it is real dim.. have ruled out that it is not the switch ,,and i put all new wire harnest in,,what else could it be?? |

Your light is grounding out on the cab. You are supposed to have rubber coated nuts that hold the assembly on the cab. My geuss is they are either getting torn covers, or the wrong style nut was used.
I went through this myself not too long ago. ------------------ '69 G.M.C. 350/350.
