I now have everything i need but i need some mounting ideas please???? 2 10" Polk Subs,400w 4ch alpine amp bridged to 2ch, sony explode head unit, pioneer speakers. Could yall post some pics of where yall mounted your speakers and/or subs and head unit? lol, i bet im the only one that you will hear a mile away blasting free bird and country boy can survive!!!!

thats cool, i like the smooth look. i would do that but the sound of my engine aint that great right now. so until i build a better one ill need some tunes!!! lol i like the color.

I hate that interior.. I am acually going to change it. The headliner is coming ungluded. I think I want bucket seats with a center console. Here are some pictures of it in its early day..

As for the sub it is a 10" and it barely fit..

Thanks. It's an Omnifi 20gig hard drive based mp3 player by Rockford Fosgate. They no longer sell them but they are around on eBay etc. I found mine on craigslist You could plug an iPod into it with an iPod RCA adapter, or and HD radio reciever, or...

Mine (67-72) would not fit a 60-66 but the same procedure would work for making them for a 60-66. I'm going to build a set for my 61.

Hey Chevy Fleetside, your interior is awesome! who did your headliner? would be so nice to have headliner and more sound dampening....really kewl speaker setup you guys have, im tooo scared to throw a radio into my truck, my neighborhood is ****ty...ive already had 2 kats leave notes asking if I want to sell my ride, so i know shes getting looks as is!

I just bought this truck from my brother and he doesn't do things as meticuously as I. These speakers sound great but they look like hell.

yea, i know what ya mean. im looking for a rusted out door for a patch panel cause the PO cut holes for speakers with a drill and it looks like ****!! im building custom kick panels right now. since iv never used fiberglass or anything im building them oughta wood and covering them with fabric. ill take some pics when im done. im having problems with my sub box though, i dont have much room between my buckets for a box that will hold 2 10" subs. im probably gonna buy a fuel cell to put in the bed and take the tank out of the cab. thanks for the pics guys and keep um coming please!!

I'm doing some mods to my dash and remembered a thread on speakers. Here are some shot s of my set-up. The panels behind the seats in the corners house 8" subs, the kick panels have MB Quarts tweeters and the door panel (lower half is from a 80's Chev truck ) have the mids. The amp and crossovers are under the homemade console.Overhead console is out of a Caravan.

Here's mine, 2 10" JL Audio Subs & 2 6.5" MB Quart's in the back corners, & 2 more in the kick panels, 10 disk changer & big A$$ amp under the seat.
