c-30 motorhome
i just got a 70 c30 motorhome, and what to ditch the camper off the back...
whats the best way to get rid of it? unbolt it and knock it off onto a trailor? or slowly dismantle it? has anyone here done it? |

I did the slow dismantle on my '68...or had someone do it in exchange for the parts to sell on craigslist. Americanrider just finished one as well and salvaged all of the aluminum and many parts. If try to do it with your Kubota front end loader you can damage the cab, wiring, plumbing and possibly the frame depending upon how it is connected. Go slow.

i also had a 1970 week n der c30 motorhome. all i did was take a sawzall with the long demo blade and started to cut it apart. cut back end off about 4 feet in,then removes all of roof,then to sides and finally with a few blankets to over the cab area. last was side walls and then removed flooring. ground off framing that the motorhome company welded to chassis and cleaned it off..was cake. youll just end up with the hole in the cab back from the pass through. youll have to install a set of brake lights and a new fuel tank,but shouldnt be too hard,and your set.

i figured thats the way i'd have to do it. i guess i should get about 20 sawzall blades and get a rolloff droped off at my house
