need tranny i.d. Will this work?

Here's a picture of my 4 speed tranny. I found a good running v8 and am considering swapping my tired 250 into my 69.Question what tranny is this, and will it work for a mid 70's 350 without major mods?

My 465 had PTO provisions on both sides and seemed quite a bit larger than that one pictured.

I think that is an NP435. If it was bolted to a 250 it will bolt right up to a small block.

435, have the same one in my 68. Could have the 6-1 first or the 4-1--first gear ratio
