Re: My project
I like the blue one.....but if you decide to shave the trim, gotta leave some bright work (no painted grill or bumpers either).....needs something to break things up.....

Re: My project
My .02, keep all the mouldings, door handles, and up grade the grill. I am into the stock but rodded look and that is what I am going for with my truck. But to each his own.......................

Re: My project
That blue one is the inspiration for what I hope my truck looks like someday.

Re: My project
I guess it's what you prefer. We have some awesome custom trucks on here with everything shaved and they look great. The restored look with a drop and big wheels is a growing trend.
The concept portrayed by the blue truck is what I prefer.

Re: My project
It has been awhile since I have worked on the truck but I am getting back into it. Here is my Question, if I don't have any trim, I really like the look, is it worth it to buy new trim and start from scratch?

Re: My project
Again it all depends on the look you are after. If you want a restored look then some trim is mandatory. I have seen trucks use later model ( or earlier) trim to give it a twist.
