Vent / Kick panel rust repair ?

Morning
Just wondering if there are patch panels available to repair rusted vent door under the cowl ? I've never seen them listed , anyone know of a source ?
I guess they could be cut out of a parts truck .

409biscayne go toLMCTRUCK.com the catalog that i have has the m thatgo from the floor to the bottom of thvent on the back side and half way up the vent on the front. can't tell though if their metal or the plastic covers. if nothing else use peices of poster board to make a template then cut out the old and weld in the new.
