What year's the truck in this video?

This girl was kidnapped at the Target around here. They have a website up that says it is a "mid-70's Chevrolet". Well, I know it isn't "mid-70's" because it looks like it has stacked square headlights, so it has to be at least an '81, no? And it looks like the centerbar isn't painted, so that would make it older than '84, wouldn't it? The video is hard to see, but I'll bet one of you guys can nail it. What say you?

Man that sucks. truck can also be a 86 mine had the over under headlight like that and its an 86. THe grill is blacked out so i think that would make it a gmc, unless someonepainted there grill black like id some time back. Heres a picture of mine so you get the idea.
 But i ended up removing it just having my stock silver one on there i seem to like it better.

This is just generalizing...
Assuming it is stock and a Chevy... 81-82 are unique since they have the turns in the bumper and the grille strip is silver/argent like the rest of the grille. 83-87 will have body colored grille strip. If it is a GMC, they were all silver/argent.

Apparently authorities found the truck and have arrested the man seen on the surveillance tape. It is expected that he'll be charged with premeditated first degree murder and aggravated kidnapping by the end of the day.

I live in KC a little north of Grandview and my trucks a dark blue 75. I was wondering if maybe I might get profiled.
