I am not running an electric fan on my '71 C-10 but there is a lot of information on electric fans to be found by doing a search in the top right of the thread page.

Dual electrics on my 396, from Classic Heartbeat- they work like a champ, come with an adjustable thermostat.

I'm running dual electric fan I found from the local junk yard. It was already disconnected so I grabbed it, I do believe it came off a Nissan, It works great and only cost around 15.00 or so. Throw in a couple of relays and it's a simple mod at a low cost. If I'm not mistaken, somebody has a wiring diagram posted here.
