81 blazer 2wd
i just picked this blazer up a couple weeks ago its a 81 2wd 350/th350,12bolt
it runs great im fixing it up as i drive it. So far i lowerd it an inch in the back and like 2 inches in the front (not shown in pic)new idler arm and a stearo system and of course the usually tune up stuff. performance mods: 2:02 heads, roller rockers,rv cam, doug thorney headers, edelbrock intake/carb,stage 2 shift kit and a rear sway bar |

Re: 81 blazer 2wd
Looks nice.... I have an '82 and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! I lowered mine the same way, but I used 3" springs in the front and took the overload and the bottom spring also. It really does ride better than stock.....

Re: 81 blazer 2wd
you will not be disappointed..... You might want to add some air shocks though.. in case you want to haul something heavy.... I tow a trailer with mine occasionally.

Re: 81 blazer 2wd
hey bell do u have any pics of your blazer i would like to see it.I myself think that the 81 and 82 are pretty rare caue they stoped makeing 2wds after 82 so u could onley get our style front ends for 2 years in 2wd
