need help

im working on putting new sheet metal on my cab im now working on the floor kick panel and pillar im having trouble getting the kick panel to fit correctly i cut it before i put the floor pan in and looked good so if anyone has a good way of doing this please fill me in pics will be great help too the floor pan is tacked in to the point where it would be a pain to take out so if anybody has any info
