I'd really like to see those door panels. They might be a solution to my rusty metal panels.

Re: updated pics 67/72

the door panels are basically 1/4 inch plywood. i used the factory ones as a template and just cut them out. my originals are rusty, but for some reason i been hanging on to them. there is only one down side to these, they are a little thicker so some slight mods are needed for your window and inside handles. i had to trim the backs of them down, so they would fully lock on the c clip. i will get better pics up on tuesday

What inliner set up are you running? It looks like the stock intake, what carb you got under there? I love the flat paint job. Cool truck!

Re: updated pics 67/72

the engine is a stock bore 292 i had the head gone through last year nothing special. new valves new springs, seats basically everything new. i did however had the head ported and polished and the stock intake port matched to the head and polished also. i didnt touch the bottom end cuz it only had like 65,000 on it then .the carb is stock 67 but i had a friend rebuild it last year. it runs real strong for a 16 . not that i do it alot but i can tear the right rear off in 2nd gear. lol it cracks people up . it doesnt just chirp it really lights it up. i love this ole truck .its not my 72 in looks or performance but. that little 16 and a flowmaster doesnt sound to bad... tony
