what is in this picture?

i found this kit-- is it a NP203 kit? i tried to search the part number, and it comes back as a MileMarker NP203 FT4x4 to 4x4/4x2 kit

I bet its the parts that thay took out of the 203 when thay did the part time conversion ??.

I agree, the springs and the big cogs are full-time locked hubs. You remove those to install and the shiny cover to install a set of lockouts. The output shaft on the TC has to be changed as well. That would be the pinion type piece I bet...
