4 inch lift coming!!!!!

well i added a extra spring in the front and was still bout a inch lower in front so instead of just keep addin springs and then maybe havin to play with the rear springs to get it to sit level, i just went ahead and ordered a 4 inch kit 386$$ for everything shocks boots u bolts rear blocks, plus the kicker is i had already bought new 32x10.50 x 16 sport king tires and mt classic11 wheels 8 inch,,, well knowing the guy at the tire shop pretty well, and beiengs i hadnt drove but round 10 miles on the tires he traded me a set of 33x12.50 16.5 bfg all terrians and 16.5x 9.75 mickey t classic 11. they should be ready 4 pickup wensday, but my lift im hoping to get by fri,,, i have the front almost ready for the new lift, im hoping to have some finished up pics by sat nite, i dont get off work till 11 am sat,, heres some pics of it shoeless, im hoping its gonna ride better since my front springs was shot,

Oh yea baby gonna lift it,When you get it done you'll have to bring it to salem Virginia,(fast freddies) cruise on every saturday from 4:00 to dark.See ya there sometime.

Gonna look great!I`m considering the same for the white GMC.It`s got ride height deficit disorder.Definately under stock height.Since it may sell,I`m considering taking the springs off the ol`CheyenneSuper since they`re about 2" up from stock.Keeping the 33s,or if I keep,getting(also)a set of 285/75s on stock wheels that I have...new and powdercoated white.Maybe 255/85s for a true "tall skinny" stocker look.If I keep the "Super" she`s goin`up with big meats and 8' Stepside.I hate to deface her,but she`s gotten to where I couldn`t afford to properly restore as factory and no one sees it for it`s potential.I can`t wait to see the shorty with a healthy stance.

thanks dustin , i figured youd be happy with it going up, yea randy im hoping to get up there this summer for sure freddies sounds like it may be fun, and tim i really like that tall skinny look also, man you have enuff trucks you can do something alil diffrent to each one, that way youll never grow tired of only one lol,

Yeah,people will notice the "beef" you gave that truck,now.Like my GMC,nobody takes as much notice as with the blue & white Chevy.The colors are nice,but most guys don`t take notice until you add some "s.

ahhhh the smell of new rubber. lift is suppose to be here tommorow thursday. but dangit had alil doctors visit today and outa work fer 2 days so i wont be pulling any wrenches a couple days... hopefully ill be able by weekend. i hate to take off work actually being sick lol... ya just cant get anything done

yea tim its fresh the date on the digi was wrong again lol.. i can spare the pb cause my friend while setting up the front end added that extra spring in the front so he had the u bolts out so they came off easy and as far as the back i just put the 14 bolt in and had to cut off the old u bolts so i used new ones.. so i belive for once ill be alright... yall think ill have any chance of these tires rubbin any? 33x15.50x16.5 on 9.75 rims just with the 4 inchs? i sure hope its gonna be good to go...

I would think you would really have to flex alot with 4" of lift for them to rub.

I agree with Randy,you`ll be fine.Something tells be you`ll never flex it enough to find out if they`d rub.
