You are better off asking this in the 4wd section...

you just need the proper (TH400, or TH350, whichever the case) to NP208 or NP241 adapter. and make sure that the 241 came from behind a 700R4, if not, you'll have to change the input gear on the case.

Re: found a free NP241, quick queston though
An NP241 uses the same adapter as an NP208 does, and should directly replace one. There are 27 (I think) and 32 spline NP241s, you'd need a transmission with the same spline count to bolt it straight up.
I think that most if not all NP203s are 32 spline units, but I don't know if the adapters are the same or not. The front driveshaft from the blazer should work in your truck, but you'll probally need to get the rear shaft's length changed. Does the NP241 have an electric speedo, or is it from an 89 with a mechanical speedo drive? Make sure you get the shifter assembly with it regardless of which way you go.

Re: found a free NP241, quick queston though
27 spline 203s are the most common (from behind TH350s), a 32 spline (TH400) 203 is a pretty rare and desirable piece, especially those looking to put a doubler behind a TH400

Ah, almost all the 203s I've seen are from TH400s
Not that uncommon around here
