Suggestions Please!!!!

My '69 Chevy Short step is in need of a new column.
I want a tilt with the dimmer switch on the turn signal lever.
My truck is a 4 speed so I don't want a sifter on the column. It has to look clean.

I meet a guy the other day that had an S-10 column in his '55 pickup, it looked real good. Has anyone tried this in one of our trucks?

I know I can get an Ididit for way too much, but I on a budget.

maybe a 80s camaro firebird? most guys use a 80s van but i think most of them very autos

get the auto colum and wire the shifter for the wipers or something

My van tilt has the cruise control button on the turn signal at the end, there is a button to push in,maybe wire one of them for the dimmer? Check the faq,there have been a few threads on converting a auto tilt to 4spd tilt column

why don';t you like the dimmer on the floor I like the dimmer on the floor when some one cuts me off or running there high brights at me i get mad and i stomp on the floor and get some of my agression out on them and they hate my brights

True. But I tend to stomp to hard. I have broke a couple of switches.
