almost time for resto on truck

ok, so i got about 4k to finally pay all my tickets... i actually changed my mind, and was going to get my 84z28 going, but that needs

new trans
new carb
insurance
registration
smog test
windshield

truck is ugly...and i cant spend any money on it till my fines are paid so i can drive again... now that i saved up 4k to pay my tickets... i just remembered my truck isnt even ready to be driven...

heres a few questions i still have....

with the GMCPAULS 4.5 / 6 kit, what size tires will make the truck perfectly level, with 15x8 rallys?

can the heater box be repaired if the top line is busted? or does it need a hole new box? the top line coming from the firewall has a broken fitting

my headers hang lower then the frame.....problem with the 4.5 / 6 slam?
