Post My 72 c-10 project.. (its been 5 years so far, and still not done)

I figured its about time I post some pics somewhere documenting my struggles.. It's been about 5 years, and I have joined the Navy, gotten married and had a kid, and Still I TOIL!! But I love it, and will never part.. anyway enough about me... time to talk truck.. 400 World castings motown block, domed pistons lopey cam holley 750 street avenger, have not dynoed yet, needs to be able to drive first Trans is a muncie 4 spd out of a GTO, I've bagged it but have not changed any suspension geometry. Painted the frame, put in a fuel cell, put in a roll cage, the NOS bottles are airtanks for now... maybe later it will get juiced (the bottles were a novel idea from a friend of mine who had some sort of deal on those things). Plans for a flip forward front clip and rack and pinion are stil lin the works. Oh yeah, its a little loud too.. I need to quiet it down... apparently 4" dual exhaust is a little loud with no muffler... any ideas? (its all ceramic coated.. so i really dont want to cut it....) Any ideas for anything will be greatly apperciated.. (some advice migh be needed before too long too!)

If you don't want to cut your exhaust (which looks great!) maybe study
the motorcycle exhaust V-twin stuff for baffle ideas ? 4" YIKES good luck !

Sweet set-up on the cage looks like it should be a very fast truck when done..

Re: My 72 c-10 project.. (its been 5 years so far, and still not done)

I told you all i'd have some questions.. I've tried to do a thread search, and im just not finding what I need. Anyone know of a good place to find the passeneger inside door handle assembly? three bolt holes in a cross lever on an angle in the about 7-8 o'clock position?
Thanks,
Gino

UPDATE:
Been working on the front clip.. past "friend" screwed me, so no fiberglass, had to revert to steel. Kinda wierd going back.. but oh well, now I have an oversized radiator that I have to make fit... I'm keeping all the stuff I had before, so that I can go to a fiberglass front end later, I picked a standard color for the body, so its easier to colormatch.. oh well, ho hum..

looks good -- hate to ask a stupid question, but is it a long or short bed? its hard to tell with the 3/4 angle shots sometimes

the exhaust looks sweet, so does the custom driveshaft

That I cant tell you.. Basically, I had my painter friend take a blue off of a toolbox at his shop and add alot of pearl to it. It was a "creation" But the base color was that blue from the toolbox, I cant remember the brand name of the toolbox though.

Well everyone, I regret to say, I may have to be selling this. I have put this in the WIW section, and to get a little more showing, I figured I would ask here too.. Any ideas what I should ask for this, cuz if I ask what I want for it, no one would buy it!
