Torker II????
Anybody know anything about a Torker II intake by Edelbrock? There is a guy trying to sell it to me for $70. He said it was $140 new. Anybody had any experience? How would it do on my 307? Thanks.

You would be better off with a performer intake. The torker II is suited more for lite vehicles,& higher rpms (2500-6500).....69 longhorn.

A torkerII is made for higher rpm breathing & most 307's aren't. A performer would be the right match.

It is a good deal if there is no erosion around the water neck.
An old friend got a screamin deal on a performer RPM intake, and was getting ready to install it on his 305. i told him he needed my performer and I needed his RPM. He thought I was just tryin to scam him. His 305 wouldn't run for crap, he was better off with the cast iron junk. So he traded me and both our motors ran 10X better. ------------------ '69 G.M.C. 350/350.
