Well here it is... and I'm new

its almost the way I bought it. 400 balanced small block with lots of goodies, 350 turbo with shift kit and stall, new posi unit and lots more. The PO did all the hard work including replacing cab corners, relocating the tank, spray in bed liner and lined cab and had it ready for paint. Then suffered a divorce and it sat outside for 2 years. Can anyone tell me what year these doors are?

Looks like a good project. The only thing I can tell you about the doors is that they are not 72 doors.

Re: Well here it is... and I'm new

Its called Black Cherry. Its under the hood, inside the cab and the spray in liner is all that color. My paint guy is going to do a 2 tone with dark on top and a lighter color on the bottom half. We'll see how it looks....

My truck is black cherry. I really like the color, too bad mines too far gone to save.

Re: Well here it is... and I'm new

looks like a good start ---- next time you post from photobucket - try using the IMG code instead of the URL code and the pics will show up in the forum --- i had to learn the hard way after 3 hours of T & E . The time would have been better spent on T&A

Air cab and tilt steering, sweet. 400ci would also be nice. Good jump start you got there.

Very nice. Add a grill and it's perfect as is, IMO.

Re: Well here it is... and I'm new

If the wing windows are original, it looks like the doors are probably 68-71. The little handle on the wing window is different on the 67. Just my guess by looking at your pics.

Re: Well here it is... and I'm new

Thanks RicksTruck. I agree with you on the doors. Captain, I have a ton of new trim that came with the truck as well as all the AC stuff. I bought a complete grill from a board member. However, it didnt ship very well. So I'm in the market for an outer grill.
It is already a blast to drive, cant wait for a little color on it.
