Got to meet a member

Got to meet a very good member and his dad yesterday... I drove up from south louisiana to meet HuggerCST and to pick up some parts that he was holding for me...Got to see Wynne's project.....he is going to have one nice truck when he is finshed... I know seeing his truck give me the boost to get my butt in gear and work on mine....lol Him and his dad made me fill right at home....If all the board members are as nice as they was to me....we have hell of a place here....Wynne get to work on that truck so these guys can see the finshed product.... Really enjoyed the visit......

Re: Got to meet a member

I have been to his place a few times myself. Great guy. His truck will definitely be worth something ...... by the time he finishes it.

But who am I to talk, those at the meet saw how far I have gone with my 69 SWB and I have had it over 20 years.

Re: Got to meet a member

I guess I missed this thread, but thanks for the kind words, and it was great to meet you too Eric. When you meet more members here, you will be just as amazed as I was at the kind of people that they are. It's the main reason that I've stuck around for 6 years.
