budget boost
i recently lifted my 72 and i thought 4" was enough but i was wrong so i was looking at off road design and they have 1" 0 rate add a leaf and 1" body lift (i dont wanna have a gap ) and i was looking at the front shackle kit and the rear shackle flip has anyone used any of these?? also if anyone knows any other ways i can boost up my current lift thanks

Are you looking for a couple inches?All that you`ve mentioned are good methods.I think when I put the 37"s and Dana60 up front on my Highlander(6" lift),I will use zero-rates up front.
The only other thing would be,like the shacle-flips,make new frame mounts that situate the spring eyes lower.Does DIY have these,or any other fab-shop?I`d do anything to avaoid a body-lift.A body and frame belong together.I guess an inch is ok.

I have their front HD shackles on both my 69 K20 and my 70 K5. I believe they are 1/2" over stock size so they only net you 1/4" of lift. I'm using their shackle flip on my 69 K20. It appears to move the rear axle forward a bit which may bug you. Other than that, I'm very happy with those products from ORD. I don't see anything wrong with a 1" body lift. That is so minor that you shouldn't have to worry about steering column or brake line problems. I would expect you would have to drop your radiator shroud down a little though.

The zero rates are multi drilled to relocate the axle properly. I built my own shackle flip kit, zero rates, and U-bolt flip kit for the rear. I do have ORD HD hangers upfront along with all theri geaseable bushings.
