More drop and Pics... whatch'a think?
Hey guys,
I spent the day dropping her yesterday... I still have somethings to work out; but this is what I have so far. The pic's are from my phone (so not the best of quality)... what's your thoughts? Thanks, Anthony |

Other than replacing the dumbo mirrors with factory sport mirrors...I wouldn't change a damn thing!! Looks excellent, and I love the drop!!

Re: More drop and Pics... whatch'a think?
I like the color- kind of looks like Chryslers pearl in those pictures and the wheels really set it off. The mirrors didn't bother me until Jeff mentioned it and then my eyes wouldn't leave them alone. LOL. BTW- where is your exhaust exiting? Is the ride still good for a daily driver?

Re: More drop and Pics... whatch'a think?
Great looking truck. About all I would change is the shields behind the wheels. I'd rather see drum brakes than a cover. I don't even mind the dumbo mirrors!

Re: More drop and Pics... whatch'a think?
So how much drop do you have now then? Also what heaight tires are you running?
I think it looks great, but if you are hitting there's NO WAY I could ever go that low, we got some crappy roads. I like it, I'm a fan of the dumbo mirrors, yet I love the sport mirriors also. Paintjob? man it looks great I don't think it needs one. Then again I aint seeing it in person, they may be small issues you know of that we don't and I know what you mean there.

I think your stance, drop, rake and overall the 'tuck job' is right on. That's what I think.

That thing is bad a**. I love that truck. That thing is so freakin awesome.
Dang got the truck editor drooling. Heck just change the mirrors and it should be perfect. Holycrap, don't change a thing.

Again,
what's the total drop front and rear now? How tall are your tires?

Re: More drop and Pics... whatch'a think?
Thanks, man it's no biggie, I figured ya just looked over it.
yea seems like a 6 inch front drop is way too much for this area, maybe a show only vehicle, or around the block. I'm wanting to do a 3/5 or 4/6, leaning more towards a 4/6 but that costs more to get the front down. I freakin love it though, you got the perfect look and stance though. I think my tires are smaller though, they are 255/60-15's not sure on their overall height.
