Where abouts are you? I found one of my projects in the Autotrader, the other three were bought from this board. I've also seen some on the Collector Car Trader and imagine you can find them on Hemmings.

Re: Where in Canada can you find decent trucks?

I found my 72' GMC in the local news paper

and I found my 71' GMC from word of mouth. A guy I worked with told me there was one for sale on such and such street. So I drove over to look at it on my lunch hour, gave him a deposite and bought it that evening.

I guess I got lucky on that one.

There are a couple for sale locally here (South of Calgary,AB). They are what appears to be project trucks.

Give Scott's Super Trucks in Penhold a call. He has project trucks that he sells.

Re: Where in Canada can you find decent trucks?

I know of a 72 GMC in Saskatoon that has had the same owner since 1975, and would pas the Alberta Inspection with no problems. Its real nice and I was gonna buy it myself in 2001 but then I found my pink big block truck and bought it instead. This truck is a 9/10 with a 350 with auto trans and no rust and the owner is about 65 years and like I said he has owned it since 1975. PM me with you phone number if interested and I"ll call you with more details.

Re: Where in Canada can you find decent trucks?

I can't tell you where to find any (unless you want a beat up 1 ton with a dump box), but I am also just East of Edmonton, so I figured I'd say hello
