WTB, 2WD Suburban Frame.

I just pulled the body off the frame and found out that it's been tweaked pretty bad. I could try to get it fixed, but since the body is already off, I might as well replace it. All I need is a bare frame.

Thanks,

Rob

Re: WTB, 2WD Suburban Frame.

Hmm, looks like a Golden Opportunity to get some of my money back! hehe. Do you want me to bring one when I come to get MY frame? That would sure help defer some fuel costs! Let me know. Mike

Hey Mike. How much do you want for it and is it perfectly straight and rust free?

ALL are perfectly straight. NONE are Florida rust-free. Let me know if you don't find one down your way and we will re-evaluate at that point.

Re: WTB, 2WD Suburban Frame.

I know someone that owns a parts sub and I also know where there are two in yards in my area. Unfortunatley I cant speak for any of them. Let me ask the guy that owns the one I have at my property.

I'll get back to you. Location of all three is central texas.

Re: WTB, 2WD Suburban Frame.

Well, MY price never changes. FREE or trade. Just figure out what you would charge ME for the same thing, and give me that amount of parts in exchange and we would be in good shape. I don't SELL, so I don't know prices. (probably why I have 30 cars and trucks in the garage/yard) hehe. The big thing for me is time-frame and logistics. See what happens in TX and then we will take it from there. I will be your back-up plan.
PS Mine are ALL in real nice shape, but I am still not able to post pictures after 2 years, so I can't do you much good there.

Re: WTB, 2WD Suburban Frame.

I am supposed to be trading for a 71-72 sub. He is using the body for a crew cab project. I just have not had time to make deal. It was a nice driver. Let me know if still looking.

The place with two subs is Action Auto Salvage in Temple, TX. NO number right now but will see about getting one. I'd be glad to go get photos of anyting they have but not sure about how much they would want for it.

Also BadSam has contacted you about the other one.

Good luck.

Keep the info coming guys. I think UNCLE in ATL has one, but just in case that falls through, I would like a back up.
