Wheels Swap Options
Last night I remembered that my nephew had an S10 Extreme that he had swapped out the really nice looking stock wheels for some big 22" spinner wheels. I thought those S10 Extreme wheels would look good on our 72 GMC but wasn't sure of the lug count or spacing.
I did some checking this morning to find out that the Extreme wheels were 16" 5-4.75" They won't work, but what other vehicles are out there that share the 5-5" wheel pattern as my '72? My wife has a '79 Corvette with 5 lug wheels that I thought might look pretty cool |

Re: Wheels Swap Options
I had a similar question. I haven't had any response about the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Commander but all info I have found says they are 5x5. I think some older Lincolns had 5x5. Impala SS from 94-96 definitely had 5x5.

Re: Wheels Swap Options
I checked out the Impala wheels and they are a 5-5 pattern but the backspacing is 5" which would tuck them under too much in my opinion.
What's the rough back spacing on our stock wheels? or my rally wheels. |

Re: Wheels Swap Options
I have no idea on backspacing.
