Best Aftermarket Parts Ratings List
Good afternoon,
Where do you guys and gals buy the most of your parts for repair or resto? As far as quality and fit. I've seen LMC, Brothers, Manes etc. I ask because I think got a bad sending unit and am going to get another. This also might help others as far as making wise purchases of quality parts. Thanks!!! |

I sure have been happy with buying through the board vendors. I have purchased from Tim Christian with Christian's Classics, GMCPaul, and a couple items from Ed with Mothertruckers.
Is the company you got the sending unit from going to exchange the sender unit?

Hi Yukon Jack,
I got it from The Truck and Car shop. I have not called them yet because I was trying to figure out if I did anything wrong. I just don't want to go thru tank removal and a new sending unit until I trace down and isolate the problem. It looks like its the sender at this point  I just wanted to buy from another source although I'm sure almost everything is made overseas
