Exhaust system thoughts

So it's time for an exhaust system...headers are loud!! I have a 355, flat tops, comp 268, 1.5 rollers, Performer EPS, 1406, HEI, and 1 5/8" primary long tubes. My plan is to come out of my 2.5" collectors to a Y, then run 3" single to a single inlet, double outlet chambered muffler before the rear axle. I built the motor for torque, and I think this will complement the torque type powerband. But I've been wrong before..haha

Will this setup choke it down a little too much? I really like the sound of this setup, as I temporarily rigged it before I rebuilt the motor.

Re: Exhaust system thoughts

i think itll be fine, but if your looking for tq then keeping it single exiting the muffler would be better
