Rebuilt my truck...
Just wanted to post a few pics of my truck. Pretty excited - I finally got to drive it after about a 2 1/2 year rebuild! I took it down to the frame, installed power disk brakes, new suspension (lowered 4/6), new crossmembers, 350/700r4 (from a 250/3 speed), tilt/power steering, new wiring and gauges.

Re: Rebuilt my truck...
Thanks all!! I appreciate all the comments! Those and the dirve today made it all worth it!
Just got back from it's first 100 mile shakedown trip (previous trips were around my neighborhood - neighbors gotta love me) - almost no issues (except flexplate rubbing starter gear in reverse). It's about 90 degrees here today and no overheating! I can't believe I waited this long for power steering and disc brakes. |

Re: Rebuilt my truck...
Verrrrrrrrry nice in deed. You did your truck justice .... have to be proud. Now kick back and do a little bench racing and of course cruising.
