Talking internal?external balancing of later model 350?

I just picked up a later model 350 that has an one piece rear main seal that has a external balanced flex plate on it but the balancer is not notched. I have heard that the later model 350s are externally balanced but is it done with just the flex plate and not the balancer ?

Yes, just the flexplate/flywheel. the balancer is nuetral balance. L
