Can't figure out what this is called?

What is the name of the chrome thingie you can buy to go over the radiator?
I ditched my shroud and went with electric fans and now the radiator 'really' looks ugly.

I don't know if there is "official" terminology for it, but I just call it a "radiator cover".

the one you have attached is off of ebay and also includes the hold downs. drilling is involved for the 2 center bolts
