should i get this three speed tranny ?
i found a guy in town who has a three speed manual from a van its the length i need, right at about 22" long without bellhousing ans same as th350 with the 6" tail with bellhousing length added to it, he wants 40 for it, and but it doesnt have the 67-72 shift shaft rod lever, which i owuld need off a 67-72 Sm326 tranny from someone, luckily are very common, i dont care if I have a three speed or a th350, as long as works, what would you guys do if you had no way to get a th350 and only a 3 speed and needed truck ? truck is manual trans trruck anyways and would readily accept the three tree tranny

or should i put new forward clutch discs in this shorty th350 i got today ?
