will it work??

I'm selling the new truck, and I'm wanting an old truck. But I've come to a cross roads deciding on which truck platform to start my project. I love the 67-68 front ends. But I love the pre 67 stepside beds. Soo, can anyone tell me if the earlier step side beds will fit on the 67-72 SWB frame? If its possible, I'm sure its been done. Anyone got pictures. I'd love to see some. Thanks.

Re: will it work??

I've actually seen a '67 with a 60-66 step bed on it... Not only did I not like it, the owner hated it... thought it was going to look way better when done... He thought the reason it looked wierd before he painted it was the Blue cab and orange bed... Nope, did he regret that choice.
But, keep in mind that's just 2 opinions in this world.
Maybe the photoshop guys could help...

I'll second the idea of a photoshop... and I'll 3rd on seeing it and not liking it.
However, get a good photoshop done, and be your own judge.
