Need a couple parts identified

What are these little cables for-they mount on the engine

These were mounted on the frame right on top of the engine stands-are they heat shields??

Frame brackets-exhaust hangers?

thanks in advance

Re: Need a couple parts identified

The first pic is of the two ground straps that ground the engine to the cab. The split end fastens to the rear of the valve covers with the hold down screw and the other end fastens to the cab.

The second pic is of heat shields as you had surmised.

The third pic is of exhaust hangers/brackets.
