A/C not working right
The a/c on my 86 will not switch from max to bi-lev, etc. What would be causing this?
Thanks |

Re: A/C not working right
This happened on my 84 and the switch itself had burned up. It cost me 13 dollars and was an easy fix. To check for this all you need to do is remove the ac box, take the lever off, and look for any damage. Mine had a hole burned through the connection for the off position.

Re: A/C not working right
What are you calling the a/c box? Are you talking about the controller?

Re: A/C not working right
Fixed it, took the a/c controller out of the parts suburban and put in it, and the vaccum lines were not hooked up right. It will now make you turn it down to med with the temp of a hundred outside.
