What A Load!

This is the heaviest truck/anything I've ever hauled.

Re: What A Load!

So how much do you think it all weighed? I'm gonna guess that the trailer and the load would max out somewhere around 18K lbs. I'm sure your truck knew it had a load.

Re: What A Load!

Wasn't bad,I only went 2 miles. Yes,I and the truck knew it was back there. Not sure on plans yet. I loaded it about as far forward as I could go but it didn't squat. All the weight on the camper is toward the rear.

Re: What A Load!

That thing just about fit on that trailer. You were prolly still under 10k,ya think?About 8+2,I`m guessin`.I wanted Yote`s or Sharpie`s RVs earlier this summer when I was dirt poor or I`d have me one, too.I bought my`70 CustomCamper/30 in cab`n`chassis form to install a utility bed on for business.Once I got it home I got to thinking how cool it would be to have it back to an RV.Previous owner had removed it to build a rollback that never happened(found a good deal on one).I went back to ask about the camper body but it was long gone.

Re: What A Load!

The tow rig is the truck I bought from Joesjunk. It has 45K original miles and was a camper also. It's a 402 4spd. truck. The camper on this one is not worth fixing IMO, but I'm not into the camper part anyway. It's a 350/4spd w/p.s. and p.b. Most of the rust is right front and the rockers. This one isn't cut either as far as I can tell.

Re: What A Load!

WOW, What a catch. Hope you have fun with it. I use live in a 1967 Camper truck like that.
