Plug Gap for Stock-ish 350?

I'm just about to replace the plugs in my truck while they're easily accessible (No fenders) and I realized I should check/gap them. They are Delco plugs, can't remember the number, but they are the factory replacements for my engine, an early 80's suburban motor. It's just a plain old smog-era 350 with an Edelbrock performer carb and intake, HEI, and ramhorn manifolds. Any idea what they should be gapped at, or is more info needed? Also, how tight do I tighten them into the head? I've always just done it by feel, but is there an actual FT/LBS rating, since I have the room for a torque wrench? Thanks!
