I have shipped a lot of seats, you will have to take the seat back off the bottom to even come close to finding a box. Shiping seats sux!

The seats went in a 6-9 position with the console in the middle. DHL or FedEx Ground are quite a bit cheaper than UPS on something like this.

I had an almost complete interior from an 80's Blazer sent across the country to me. The sender put them on a pallet with some large pieces of cardboard to protect them from the banding straps then shrink-wrapped the hell out of them.
If this was some ultra-rare or re-upolstered seats I might be a little hesitant, but for a decent set of used seats it should work fine. BTW, it was about $100 to ship frieght, might be a lilttle more now.
