1968 GMC 2500 4x4 $500
Basically a parts truck. It has a 350 with the original 4spd and t/c. The motor runs ok, trans and t/c work fine, but it is not driveable. The suspension and axles have been swapped out for some 1/2 ton replacements. The bed is shot, the front clip is nice, cab needs corners and rockers. Brakes are bad, missing rubber lines. Great for somebody wanting to convert a 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive. Has all the brackets and cross members. Can email pics. Bring your trailer and I hope it has a winch. I have a clear title and non-opt reg. in my name for this truck. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS AD. NO PM'S

Re: 1968 GMC 2500 4x4 $500
I just know the wheels are 15 inch. I think they are 15x8. They were originally on a '77 blazer 4x4. The tires are shot. The locking hubs are the blue ones.

Hey Tim, the truck is located in Thousand Oaks. In the exact same spot Lance picked up my '71 that I sold him.

Re: 1968 GMC 2500 4x4 $500
Yes, still for sale! So, come and get it before the city tows it away, cause it is kind of an eyesore and it is parked on the street, so I need it moved.

Re: 1968 GMC 2500 4x4 $500
-willing to trade for: a 69-79 blazer rear seat or burb 3rd seat in good condition with hold down brackets. I need 2 new tires size 35x12.5R16.5, prefer BFG's all-terrain or I also need some tires and wheels from an early chevy dually that will fit my '69 open road.

Re: 1968 GMC 2500 4x4 $500
Will it pull on a tow dolly.... or is a trailer needed? Do you have the original drive lines? Is the front axle a D44 and the rear a 12bolt?

Re: 1968 GMC 2500 4x4 $500
D44 front axle and rear is a 12 bolt, but it is not the original one. I think it is out of a mid 70's blazer. It will tow behind a dolly just fine after you remove the rear driveshaft.
